All orders ship out of our warehouse within 1 business day (We ship out orders Mondays through Fridays)*

All orders ship with USPS. 

Please note orders usually ship same day if ordered by 12pm EST.  All shipping services are displayed in BUSINESS days.  Please plan accordingly.

To find your tracking number,

1) go to https://www.craniumfitteds.com/account.php

2) click "view" on the order you want to track

3) your tracking number is located at the bottom next to "shipped"

*Important: We highly recommend you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  You have the option not to buy Insurance and Signature confirmation, but that is a risk you agree to take.  We pack all of our products in strong and spacious boxes and have all packages scanned during pickup for proof of pickup. 

Canada & International Shipping Times

* We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.  However, USPS does deliver on Saturday (and Sunday for express packages only)

**International customers are responsible for duty charged by their respective customs agency.  Craniumfitteds.com will not be held responsible for such charges.  We are not responsible for refused packages by your nation's customs.  Any shipping charges incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

*** We are not responsible if the postman attempts to deliver your package and you're not there or if you gave us the wrong shipping address.  Please make sure you track your package continuously and that you're available when your package arrives.
