Order Cancellations / Order Changes - Most orders that are placed during normal business hours are processed within 5 minutes of receiving your order. We will try our best to fullfil your cancellation request, however in order to provide every customer with the fastest possible shipping times, we strive on getting your order picked and packed ASAP. Please note that your order status may show it's still processing until your tracking number is emailed to you by the end of the day - this does not mean your order hasn't been packed. Please note you may ship your order back within 30 days. (See returns below).

Address Changes- The shipping address can't be changed once you've submitted your order, sorry.
