Established in 2003 in the humble surroundings of the East End of London, King
Apparel have cultivated a reputation over the past 11 years to become one of the
leading proponents of directional British street fashion.
Independently owned and run by original founders and long time friends Tim Hoad
and Paul Linton, the brand has grown through an unwavering determination and
work ethic, innovative design, diligent quality control, attention to detail and vision to
be the first to collaborate with music artists such as Plan B and Wretch32. They were
also the first to work with market leading brands such as New Era on the classic
5950 cap in 2003 and Starter Black Label out of New York.
A limited run, no repeats policy exists to this day on all product manufactured, with
every piece being cut and sew to specification.
Why King?...Simply put, no other word sums up the quintessential connotations that
have been associated throughout history with the integrity, strength and character of
the culture and island that we proudly represent.
