We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. We don't do exchanges due to rapid inventory change. Instead, you may place an order for the product or size you need ASAP and send back your original order for a refund. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, UPC labels, & shipping box (if you can't reuse the same box, then please use one that's at least the same size or bigger).
Please re-use the clear bag for hats. Be sure to include all 59Fifty stickers, price labels, and tags. All products must be in original condition (please do not bend hat’s visor). Hats sent back to us in an envelope or mailer will not be accepted. If these conditions are not met, sorry, we cannot process your refund.
Shoe Returns: We ask you to return shoes in original packaging and condition. To preserve the sole's original condition, try the shoes on a clean surface (preferably on carpet. Be sure to place the shoe box in a corrugated shipping box prior to shipping back. Returns sent back in manufacturer's shoe box alone will not be accepted.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the CraniumFitteds.com packing slip which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as CraniumFitteds.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing (we try our best to process it much quicker than that). We ask you to please track your package back to us. Once your tracking says it's been delivered to us, expect your refund to be completed within 1-2 weeks. Once your refund is completed, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping:Please note orders usually ship same day if ordered by 12pm EST. All shipping services are displayed in BUSINESS days. For example, if you order 2nd day on a Thursday afternoon, it will ship out of our warehouse on Friday and will arrive at your door on the following Tuesday. Please plan accordingly.
Insurance: If you'd like to protect your product during transit, we highly recommend buying insurance as we don't cover damages during transit or lost packages during transit (even boxes that are crushed during transit and/or some product is missing from the box. Therefore, we strongly recommend you purchase insurance during checkout.
Product Representation: We are not responsible for the color settings on your monitor. Buyers should not order solely based on the color that appears according to their monitor's settings. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the product title & description carefully before placing an order. (Example: you see sky blue but the description says dark navy, you should contact us first to confirm).
Undeliverable Addresses:if packages come back to us for refused packages or undeliverable addresses, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20%. It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly enter his or her shipping address. Please review your order details prior to submitting your order.
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, CraniumFitteds.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
